Packaging
All products are shipped in discreet plain white strong plastic mailing bags or brown cardboard boxes, Fetish Nirvana will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging with no reference to the items contained within the parcel. Return address is included on the printed postage label, this also ensures that the parcel cannot get lost in transit.
Dispatch Time
All orders are aimed to be dispatched the next working day, if an order is placed on Saturday this will be dispatched in Monday morning’s 9am post.
Import Duties and Taxes
If you order products to be delivered to an international destination import taxes and duties maybe added when the parcel reaches its destination. You are responsible for payment of such charges, we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict the cost if any, please contact your local customs office for further information.
